Applicant must meet all requirements.

1. Must be a dentist.
2. Submits a copy of the D.D.S., D.M.D or equivalent dental degree.
3. Submits updated resume.
4. Conducts primary professional activity in practice, education or research in OMR.
5. (a) Has received formal education that meets the eligibility requirement for certification by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology (ABOMR) or an equivalent foreign board. The ABOMR qualifications include evidence of satisfactory completion of a university-based or university-related advanced education program in oral and maxillofacial radiology. Such program must be equivalent to at least two academic years of full-time study and training beyond the predoctoral curriculum. OR
   
   (b) Documents appreciable achievement by presenting evidence of education, training, research, experience, etc. in oral and maxillofacial radiology.
6. Letters of sponsorship by two Active members.

Privileges

Right to hold elected office; vote; serve on or chair committees; and receive the Academy - sponsored journal, Newsletter and general member communications.

Dues and Fees:

Application fee $25.00. Annual dues $220.00. Includes subscription to Journal. If Mailing address is outside the United States, include $30.00 for international postage.

3. Documents appreciable activity in oral and maxillofacial radiology. 4. Letters of sponsorship by two Active or Associate members.

Same privileges of Active members EXCEPT the right to hold elected office; and receive the Academy - sponsored journal. May subscribe to the journal at group rate.

Dues and Fees:

Application fee $25.00. Annual dues $177.00 with Journal or $125.00 without Journal. If mailing address is outside the United States, include $30.00 for international postage.

Dentist or non-dentist professional whose primary professional activity is not within the scope of oral and maxillofacial radiology but who has interest in oral and maxillofacial radiology and supports the mission and goals of the Academy.

Privileges:

Same as Active members EXCEPT the right to hold elected office, vote, chair committees, and receive the Academy - sponsored journal. May subscribe to the journal at group rate.

Application fee $25.00. Annual dues $162.00 with Journal, $110.00 without Journal. If mailing address is outside the United States, include $30.00 for international postage.
