Cancelation Policy
Cancellations must be advised via email to the AAOMR headquarters office. If a registrant cancels on or before September 15th, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. After September 15th, refunds will be at the discretion of the executive council.
Eligible refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the meeting. Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the meeting provided that AAOMR headquarters is advised via email.
Register a Guest - after registering yourself, click Add a Guest to add their information. Once you've added yourself and your guest(s), click Proceed to Checkout at the bottom where you can check out and pay for all registrations. Guests are only permitted to attend the president's reception, banquet, and to see friends/family's abstract posters. Guests cannot attend sessions or earn CE.
